We arrived home safely from Bali and I want to give a huge thumbs up to Bali’s Best Babysitting services. We were blessed to have met Umi, our lovely Nanny. Umi is friendly, punctual, organised, proactive and well equipped to look after our daughters Jennina (3) and Georgi (9 months). Umi fast became my daughter Jennina’s “Best Friend” in Bali. She was attentive and responsive to what Jennina liked to do and kept her entertained for hours on end. There was mini manicures, swimming, play doh fun, and playing pretend games. On our last day together Umi gave Jennina a bracelet and necklace she made and little miss hasn’t taken it off since! Such a beautiful gift.Show more

In one short week Umi felt like family and on departure when we had to say goodbye, Jennina said to her “I don’t want you to go, can you come back to my house?”

Eka helped us during the week on our holiday in Bali. She was very professional with our 1 year old and had great handling skills. Her English is excellent and she was very communicative. She made sure to follow our preferred instructions on feeding and meals and also did a great job of reporting back. We felt our son was in good hands and managed to take the private time to go out for nice dinners and shopping in amazing canggu! Would definite recommend using Bali baby service and Eka!Show more

Wayan is a very special person, yeah she is getting paid. But she went above and beyond! She took our 2 infant twin baby girls and explored the area nearby our hotel when even us as adults were hesitant to. She found a playground and plenty of local people to oogle over our daughters to keep them super entertained whilst we were away. Wayan is definitely the best nanny on Bali and the best nanny PERRIOD! We wish Wayan lived with us as she is like the family we wish we had. Wayan you are awesome!Show more

I just wanted to write and thank you for providing us with Umi as our sitter for 10 days! She was absolutely perfection. She upheld my rules, made my little feel comfortable and safe, brought fun toys and activities and was super easy to communicate with. And most of all, I felt fine & comfortable leaving Parker with her for hours while I was out and about! I will most definitely be requesting Umi when we return. Thanks again for such a great service! We have never been comfortable to leave our 3 year old with a babysitter without us around. When we first met Wayan, we instantly knew our son will be comfortable with her. She was fantastic and made our dinner date a pleasant and assuring one.

Bali’s Best Babysitting really is the best. I emailed desperate foe childcare help and the response was immediate. We had Nanny Putu taking care of our one year old daughter and we were astonished at how happy she was only after 4 hours. We had never seen her so happy. She was fed, bathed, strolled around the hotel, played with and we arrived back to a well rested baby. I wish we could take Putu home with us! We will definitely be using your babysitting services again and will spread the word to or friends!Show more

Wayan was absolutely incredible and without a doubt made our recent trip to Bali enjoyable and relaxing for all. We felt so safe leaving our 2 year old girl in her capable hands. There was never a time Sophie cried or was upset when we left for dinner and would happily stay in Wayan’s trusted hands.

I live in Bali and haven’t left my son with anyone since he was born (he is now 2.5 years old). Every time I have tried to leave him, he cries and I end up not leaving. My husband and I decided to try Ibu Rai and what a amazing baby-sitter she was! She was punctual and came and immediately engaged my son with some of the toys she brought along with her. She was wonderful with my son, firm and loving and I could hear them laughing throughout the evening as I worked from my room upstairs. Thank you so much Ibu Rai! Holidaying with 12mo twins and a 2yo, this was our second time using Balis Best Babysitting and I highly recommend. We booked Ria, Narie, Siti & Minar (all excellent with kids and reliable), they played with the kids, took them to the kids club, swimming, helped us with lunch, dinner, bottles, and bed time, also flexible with start and finish times. I found communication with balis best babysitting very efficient, I hadn’t booked nannies for the day we were arriving, when we were at the airport 5am in Melbourne my husband asked what time the nannies were coming! I emailed Danielle and asked if possible to book two nannies for that afternoon! When we arrived in Bali I had received and email that we would have two nannies arriving at 3pm (much to my husbands relief). We had a fantastic family holiday with the kids and got to relax as a couple thanks to the help of our nannies.Show more
