It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

We had the beautiful Umi with us for 5 days on our most recent trip to Bali and she took such great care of our 2 girls. I felt at ease as soon as I met Umi, both of the girls loved her.
We also had Komang for a day and she was also amazing. She had lots of tricks in her bag to keep my 3 year old amused. As did Umi. This included necklace making, colouring in, balloons.
These ladies are such beautiful natured yet confident with the children making you feel very much at ease.
Highly recommend Bali’s Best Babysitting.

We had a delightful time in Bali, with Kusi joining us as nanny to our children (aged 4.5 and 16 months).
Kusi immediately made us – and our children – feel comfortable. It was our first time using a nanny but Kusi made us feel instantly at ease with her friendly and gentle nature.
Our children enjoyed their activities with Kusi – from painting nails, making flower ‘soup’ in the garden, swimming, and even going for a ride on her scooter! As adults, we enjoyed her company, tips / local bali knowledge, and the updates/pics she provided of the kids when we left them with her.
Kusi joined us in our villa, as well as resort. We loved Kusi so much we extended our booking and will definitely request her again in the future.

Where so I start to even try and explain how wonderful Umi is. This was our second time having nanny Umi for a week and she is just fabulous. Both my boys(2 & 7yrs) absolutely love her and my 2yr couldn’t wait to see her each morning. Now that we are back home he still asks me every day where Umi is, they were inseparable! She is caring & gentle and could easily manage my very busy & sometimes stubborn 2yr old. You can see in the way she worked with my boys that she absolutely loves kids, it comes naturally and her passion & love for kids are very obvious!
I had a 2 other moms at our resort inquired about Umi as they could see how wonderful she was with my kids!
Our Bali holidays are not complete without Umi! Looking forward to our next trip to Bali & seeing her again!

This was our third experience with BBB and we were so happy to have Komang again and meet her beautiful daughter.
My girls 8, 6, and 3 love Komang and her bag of goodies and it just meant that we could have some adult time without a worry in the world.

We had Ati as our babysitter. She was fantastic with both kids aged 7 and 20 months. She took them swimming, frog watching, playground and many other great activities. We were very happy with Ati, she certainly had a lot of experience.
Ati will be our chosen nanny when we return to Bali. Thank you to Ati for being such a lovely part of our Bali family, we also appreciated Ati’s translating skills and support when my husband was unwell and we needed medical support. Thanks again Ati for your support. My baby even said Ati’s name the other day after we had returned from Bali and he hardly even talks !Š.

We asked for 2 Nannies for our wedding as there were 3-4 kids due to come. In the end only 2 children needed their services and we were so glad to have them around. They were professional, flexible and kind.
Both sets of parents were guests at our wedding and were able to relax for the whole night. The nannies stopped people coming into the room when the kids were sleeping, they comforted and fed them when they woke up. Both of the children (aged 1) warmed to them immediately. Thank you!

We had the privilege of using Wati’s services for 3 full days during our recent stay in Bali. We were very nervous about leaving our 11 month old in somebody else’s care however after seeing Wati with our baby our apprehension immediately went away. Our baby does not take well to strangers let alone anyone else than me! However she took to Wati straight away and I was amazed to see such a happy, excited and playful baby when she was with Wati. I even picked up a few things from Wati on how to play, entertain and most importantly, put my baby to sleep! Wati was extremely professional and very easy to deal with. She has a bright bubbly, outgoing and assertive demeanor which made her perfect and most importantly great at managing a nervous mother! As for the company, I found the whole process extremely simple to use and found the follow up emails very useful. During and after our stay we met several families who religiously use your service and speak very highly of it. We will definitely use again. Thank you for allowing me to spend a few days relaxing and gaining some much needed respite!

We had nanny putu and would like to extend outer gratitude for her services. She was amazing with our very energetic 1 year old for our wedding day allowing us to get hair and makeup done and get through our ceremony without any hassles, our child took an instant Liking to her and she has great English and communication skills . although putu is quiet spoken she took full control of our child’s and our needs and we are extremely happy with her work. thankyou to putu, she is a valued employee and we would not hesitate to use her again and the services of Bali best babysitting

Nanny Wati was wonderful with our little girl, Penny, while we were in Bali for an event! It was great that within an hour of meeting, I felt comfortable leaving them to play together! Penny still asks where’s Wati even though we’ve been home for 2 weeks. Thank you, Nanny Wati and thank you, Bali’;s Best Babysitters Team for offering such a fabulous service! We had Nanny Rai last time who was wonderful too and next year we will definitely book through you again!

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday with Cicik as our nanny for the week. She was fantastic!! The first day she arrived my 5 and 2 year old daughter instantly loved spending time with her. She was so gentle and caring and always had lots of activities planned to keep ogirls entertained. On Halloween she had a little party with the girls and brought costumes for them to enjoy. My daughters had a wonderful week with Cicik. My husband and I were able to relax and spend time with the girls and also enjoy some dinners just the two of us. Cicik was so good at communicating with us when we were not at the villa letting us know what the girls were up to. She also went above and beyond by helping us organise some activities and ordering treats and food to keep the girls happy at the villa. Thank you Cicik for everything. We would love to see you on our next trip to Bali. I would definitely recommend Cicik and also Bali Best Babysitting. We have used the company a few times now and they have been fantastic.
