It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

We used BBS in 3 locations whilst in Bali. I have to say that the service and standards were exceptional, we had Eka in Seminyak and she set the tone for a brilliant experience. When we moved to Ubud we used Komang D for nearly 50 hours! She was amazing and our kids loved her, we will certainly be in touch when we return in 2020!

What a revelation it was to have a nanny! I did 2 trips to Bali in quick succession and as a solo mum decided if I were to be able to actually have a proper holiday I would need some help. While a bit nervous, I decided to trust the BBB reviews and booked in Ririn for both trips.
Best. Decision. Ever.
My 2.5 year old can be a bit shy and suspicious of new people but Ririn had all the tricks up her sleeve that were needed to win my girl over. Not only was she great with my daughter but she was lovely, generally personable and good for a chat! Not sure I’ll be able to do Bali without a nanny in future… Fingers crossed we’ll be able to get Ririn again down the track !Š

Very simply: Eka is amazing!!!!!
How do I put in words the appreciation and gratitude I have for Eka and the way she was with our 9month old daughter and family. From the first day Eka was attentive, in tune with Madison’s needs and happy to play, change, swim, feed and do everything for her. Eka very quickly put Madi and ourselves at easy and continued to be amazing with her each day. We originally were looking to have Eka just some times when we went to dinner however were lucky to extend our time with her to give us more relaxing time. Madi had a blast and was always happy to see Eka each day. We would and will return to Bali and make sure we book Eka in advance.

Oh Gosh … where do I start?!! I had heard about BBB from so many people and I can see why they have the most incredible reputation and are the absolute best at what they do. They are simply amazing!! This is such a professional and well run outfit. I was so nervous as we had not had ANYONE at all look after our children and after looking around and contacting other services, we are confident that using BBB was the best decision we have made. We had Wayan as our nanny and we and our children could not have been in better hands! From the booking process to the information we were sent by the admin team and the amazing contact they made with us, we were treated like we mattered every step of the way. Not to mention the wonderful nanny Wayan… she and BBB were simply incredible!! Our nanny went above and beyond playing, feeding, bathing, swimming, acting as a translator, tour guide, helping us catch the right taxis, bartering while shopping …. whatever the day bought about! Have yourselves a great holiday, believe the reviews and just book it in. It will make your holiday to Bali a breeze – You won’t regret it! …. 5 star ladies, well done 🙂
Nanny Rai
I was a little anxious about traveling to Bali with a 4 month old and also using a nanny. But within the first hour of Rai being with our daughter I was totally put at ease and did not hestitate to leave her with Rai. Our daughter was so happy to see her each day, she was amazing and we are so grateful to her. We will definitely be booking Rai for the next holiday 🙂
Nanny Ketut
Nanny Ketut was calm, kind and caring during her time with us!
We’ve never had a nanny before, yet Nanny Ketut slotted herself into our routine with ease. She was great at playing with with our 3 year old daughter both in and out of the water!
Evening time was a breeze – she took over dinner, bath and bed time – leaving us to relax or go out! Lovely!
Nanny Ririn
Ririn was fantastic with our five month old daughter! She was warm and caring with her and so friendly and helpful with us adults. I can also see how Ririn would be great fun for older children! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or Bali’s Best Babysitting. We got so much helpful information with our booking and amendments to our original booking were made with ease via email.
Nanny Umi
Umi was a wonderful babysitter. Our daughter instantly took to her. Umi entertained her continually, had one on one time with her. Umi took extra time at meal times to feed her and looked for different things to distract her each day she came. She was gentle and kind toward our daughter and we truly appreciated her care of our most precious possession. Thank you again Umi!
Nanny Komang
We just had Komang on our recent holiday to Bali. Our 1 year old can be wary of strangers but he loved her straight away. We felt completely comfortable with her and she slotted right in to our family straight away. She was incredible. We will definitely be booking her again next time!
