It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Desak & Eka
Both Desak and Eka were fantastic and so sweet with our 10 month old daughter. Our daughter immediately took to both ladies and in addition to being lovely to see, they made our stay in Bali so comfortable and enjoyable.

Nanny Lucy
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Nanny Lucy, our children took to her kind and caring nature straight away being delighted by her balloon animal making skills. Lucy kept us update with their progress during the evening and which ones had already fallen asleep. We were quite apprehensive as our children have not used a nanny service either in Australia or overseas. We felt calm assured and could focus on our evening. We returned early from our evening out notifying Nanny Lucy the children were all calm and playing which is a testament to her professionalism.
Very happy with the service and will use again if we are back in Bali in the future.

We have recently returned from Bali and used Bali’s Best Babysitting for our nanny. This is the third time we have used this company whilst in Bali and have never been disappointed. This time round we had Marissa looking after our 7 and 4 year old and she was fantastic. Got on really well with the kids and was happy to keep in regular contact with me to ease my worries and update me on how the kids were going. Our 4 year old pushed the boundaries with her attitude a bit and Marissa took it all in her stride and showed nothing but true professionalism and patience. She was always punctual and happy to be there and came prepared with activities for the kids if needed. We are excited to come back next year and will definitely be using Bali Best Babysitting again!

Glorya
We had a fantastic experience with Glorya. She looked after our two girls, 5 years old and 6 months old, with an amazing amount of care and attention. We are extremely happy with how well everything worked, particularly as this was our first time using a nanny. One of the trip highlights was how well Glorya looked after our baby at Waterbom, which allowed us to spend time running around after my 5 years old all day. We will be hoping Glorya is available for our next trip back to Bali in April 2025.

Nanny Lina
We had Nanny Lina for a few days out of a 9 day trip and she was absolutely amazing with my baby son! He took to her straight away, she was very confident, polite, easy going and had a lovely sense of peace about her. She managed to get him in the pool, down for naps and played and played with him for hours without a single fuss from him (unusual). I will definitely use Lina next time we are in Bali! Thankyou Lina for being so great!

Ketut Tika was fantastic. As soon as she arrived my two girls took to her straight away. She was incredibly creative, would spend hours in the pool with them and was so kind, helpful and considerate.
My two year who has never slept talked before was even shouting her name in her sleep, I can only imagine she was dreaming of the fun they were having the previous day.
I would highly recommend Ketut and would 100% book her services again.
Our nannies were an absolute delight
Nanny Marissa, Umi, and Rai were an absolute delight.
Our 2.5 year old and 8 month old baby warmed to their nannies quickly.
Our 2.5 year old in particular just loved her time spent with her nannies. Each nanny came well equipped with toys and activities to keep our girls entertained for hours. We were frequently shared photos and updates on how our baby was going with sleep and the bottle which was very helpful.
We felt completely relaxed knowing our little ones were in the best care possible. We were really impressed with all the nannies we had. We hope we can see everyone again on our next Bali trip. Thank you for all your wonderful help!

Just wanted to let you know that we are so pleased with Komang D, Aleks has warmed to her immediately and she has been wonderful with him! She’s so gentle and kind, we are very lucky to have her.
Putu Lucy
We had such an amazing experience with Bali’s Best Babysitting.
My children are aged 4 and 2 and we requested Putu Lucy to be our nanny for our four days in Bali.
Immediately I could tell that Lucy was experienced and I felt very comfortable with her looking after the children. She is warm and welcoming, and the children had so much fun with her!
Now that we are home in Australia, the children are still asking to see Lucy and if we can go back to Bali to see her. When we go back to Bali we will definitely be requesting Lucy again.
Bali’s Best Babysitting also organised our taxi to and from the airport with 2 car seats for the kids. This was a great service too. The taxis were on time, nice cars, great car seats and friendly service.
