Narie was full of life and kindness from the minute she walked in. Our 1 year old can take time to warm up to new people, but she adored Narie from the start. Narie was kind, patient and energetic with Leni, we couldn’t have been happier with having her as part of our family for the few days. She was also very knowledgeable about the local Ubud area as we did sightseeing, she understood perfectly the moments to step in and help and give us some space as a family.

We will definitely ask Narie to nanny for us again when we return to the area and couldn’t recommended her enough to all families.

Fantastic service & easy to arrange.

We had Rama for a night, she is lovely & patient with my 10yr & 8yr girls in particular when a sleep teddy had unknowingly disappeared. Would certainly recommend.

We loved having Candra help us with our two kids (10 month old baby + lvl 3 ASD 8 yr old) so we could actually have a break. She is warm, friendly and kind and so nice to have around. We will miss her a lot! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or or have her again the next time we are in Bali.

Ruth was absolutely fantastic with our kids (3yo and 5yo)! She was full of energy, so much fun, and always came with great toys and activities to keep them entertained. She swam with them, cooked for them, and made naptime during the day a breeze. Our whole family loved her, and we would highly recommend Ruth to anyone looking for an amazing babysitter!

We are thrilled to give our highest recommendation for Nanny Melani. She has been an absolute treasure in looking after our 3-year-old and 9-month-old, and we couldn’t be happier with her care.

From the moment she started, it was clear that she is not only experienced, but also genuinely caring and attentive. Our children instantly connected with her, especially our 3-year-old, who absolutely loved spending time with her. Melani’s warm, nurturing demeanor made her feel like a natural extension of our family, and it was such a relief to know they were in such capable hands.

Throughout our time with her—8 straight days, mostly 8 hours a day, with a couple of extended days—she was incredibly flexible with start and finish times, accommodating any last-minute changes, including when we needed her for extra hours.

Thanks to Melani, our trip was so much more enjoyable, and we are already looking forward to having her care for our little ones on our next visit. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional nanny!

We had a wonderful experience using BBB!

This was our 3rd visit to Bali and our 2nd using a babysitter and our 1st using BBB – we will never bother using anyone else!

The website was easy to navigate and full of information – the response was prompt and to the point.

We were unable to book at our first accomodation due to where we were situated but we had a response almost immediately that this wouldn’t be possible. This gave us plenty of time to discuss other options during our holiday and make adjustments accordingly.

Our babysitter Tuti was amazing – she was so loving and caring and the children adored her. We have a 10 year old and a 3 year old and our 10 year old insisted he didn’t need a babysitter. Tuti was so warm and knew exactly what to do to get him engaged with her and he ended up being the one who missed her the most. Tuti arrived promptly and with a bag full of things to keep the kids entertained!

At first when i found out there were nanny services in Bali, i was very skeptical but as i was in Bali for a work trip and later extended to a personal trip, i decided to give it a go.

Choose Nanny Komang as she was CPR certified and has over 10years of babysitting experience. Best decision made! Nanny Komang stayed with the kids for 12hrs on each day that i was working and she brought them out to walk around the hotel compound with my husband. She came prepared with swim wear and the kids loved playing in the pool with her. My 3 year old took awhile to warm up but within 1hr she was friends with Nanny Komang D. Nanny Komang occupied the kids with balloon animals, beads, playdoh.

We were very impressed by the props and toys that she brought. Aside from taking care of the kids, Nanny Komang also helped us with our bags and pushing stroller, etc when we’re outside with the kids. Finally got to enjoy a hot meal while i’m out.

Will definitely hire Nanny Komang D if we ever go back to Bali.

First time to hire a nanny and Ani made it a great experience! Her warm smile made us at ease and she was very hands on with the kids, they warmed up to her really quickly with all the tricks she had up her sleeve! She’s very patient and full of energy to run around with our two kids(4yo & 6yo). After a few days, we were comfortable to leave her alone with them for a massage or a short shopping trip. She was also our translator when we were roaming around and suggested places for our trip. The kids adore her and miss her. Thank you so much Ani for your service and we hope to see you again!

I would love to send my gratitude to Melany who is the most amazing nanny to our 4yo boy Tyson. This was our second time to have Melany assist us and she is always so kind, gentle and entertaining to our high energy boy. Our family became unwell and she stepped up not only to keep our son entertained but helped our family where we needed it,too.
