It’s always a nervous time leaving your children with a stranger in another country and we completely understand that. This is especially so, as many of us do not use babysitters at home in Australia, New Zealand, Europe or the USA!
For this reason we set about building something special after traveling to Bali for 15+ years and wanting to offer families like ours a fantastic reliable service where you could feel like you are really having a holiday!
Our nannies are the best on the island and we only work with nannies that have had many years experience. The professionalism of our nannies and their dedication to our business and their team mates, is what makes this business so special!
We are the only Western operated Babysitting & Nanny Service in Bali with 10+ years experience and our reputation is very important to us. We are very active in the Facebook community and our customers recommend and support us.

Nanny Josie
Josie is just a breath of fresh air. She is polite, patient and has so much energy to play with with kids. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Having an extra set of eyes watching our kids in the water meant that we were able to enjoy ourselves without stressing that our kids are safe.

Umi was fantastic as always , she is like our family now , we have been using her since our boys were babies , now 9 and 6 they are older but they still love Umi…
It gives my wife and I time to have a holiday at the same time ! Which is why we always go back to bali..

Nanny Eka
I just wanted to provide some feedback for Eka after our recent visit.
We honestly could not fault her, she was incredible and both kids would squeal with excitement on the days we told them she was coming.
She taught our three year old about offerings as we was super curious, kept them entertained, fed and in bed when they needed to be.
She was as much of a highlight to their holiday and she was to ours 😉

I cannot express my gratitude and love for this amazing woman! She is the most loving, caring and patient woman. She treated my kids like her own. She was always quick to reply to my messages when I messaged asking how my baby was and always made me feel so at ease. I cannot recommend her enough.

Nanny Komang
This recent visit to Bali (March 2023) was our fourth time using a Bali’s Best sitter, and our second time with Komang. She was prompt, communicative, friendly, playful, resourceful, calm and responsibly. I was amazing to see her interact with our kids again (at different ages), and how she adapted her style of care to their needs today.
Bali’s Best always provides reliable child care, and enables us to truly relax and enjoy our holiday knowing our kids are doing the same, safely. Thanks again, cannot wait for the next visit!

Exceptional service from Nanny Ketut Tika
Hi BBB, thank you so much for recommending Nanny Ketut Tika for our nine month old son. She was exceptional!!! We hired her for six days from 12 March to 17 March 2023 as this was our delayed honeymoon, which had been cancelled due to the pandemic, and we needed extra support with our son. Nanny Ketut Tika was amazing from the moment we met her. She built a great relationship with our son and took good care of him, like her own. Having her gave us free time to enjoy our honeymoon and explore other parts of Bali. Without her we would’ve been stuck at the hotel working around my son’s schedule. Nanny Ketut Tika is very professional, flexible, respectful and has a warm personality. We will definitely look her up next time we are in Bali. Nanny Wayan A looked after our little guy for a day and evening whilst we were in Ubud (our first time leaving him for so long) – you could see she knew exactly what she was doing and really cared about the little ones. She took initiative and great care in looking after him. He ate better with her than he does with us 🙂 Thanks Nanny Wayan for a great experience!
Amazing ladies
Wayan S and Putu Lucy were absolutely amazing with our two year old twins, instantly our daughters warmed to them and were excited to see them everyday. They were both very interactive with our girls from the moment they arrived. Wayan S and Putu Lucy are very much missed by our family.
Nanny Ketut Tika
This is our second time using Bali best babysitting, we have Nanny Tika she was fantastic with our very energetic 2 year old! She has a great personality, always has a smile on her face and developed a relationship with our son very quickly. Her English is fantastic so communication was never an issue. I would highly recommend Tika to anyone and would definitely hire her again the next time we visit Bali.

So grateful for this service
We had Tuti as our nanny for 1 week. She took charge right away and our 2 year old son warmed to her very quickly! We trusted Tuti and she went above and beyond by bringing toys and balloons every day for him. She was very flexible with the hours we needed at short notice. We highly recommend Tuti and Bali’s Best Babysitting.
