I wanted to let you know about how happy I am with your service. It was so easy and straight forward booking with you. I loved that I could see what nannies were available and I felt more at ease booking through a company with Australian links.

My kids (2 and 4 years) are daycare kids but have actually only been left with a baby sitter once before and I was feeling very nervous, particularly since we were in a foreign country. I immediately felt at ease when I met Komang. She bought toys and crafts and my kids hardly looked up when we said goodbye! She sent through photos of them and they were having a blast.

We had Komang for another afternoon/evening and my daughter actually jumped up and down with excitement when I told her Komang would be back. She even asked her if she would be coming again! I loved that Komang could swim and I felt confident with allowing them to swim with her. We would not hesitate to book again with your company and I recommend to anyone visiting Bali!

We have just returned from Bali where we had the beautiful Umi help us look after our 3 children for four days. She was gentle, kind and funny with a lovely smile.

She absolutely pampered our daughter and laughed and played with our sons. We are so grateful for her attentiveness with our children around water, and the way she spent hours in the pool and beach with them and us. We loved her ability to “go with the flow” and the way she became a friend to us all.

Umi also spoke great english, and taught us a little bit of Bahasa! Thanks Umi! we had a lovely time with you.

Siti was hands on, dedicated and thoughtful – our seven-month old absolutely adored her. Our little girl laughed, played and fed well and even enjoyed many activities for the first time with Siti (swimming, playing in the sand). Thanks to Siti, my husband and I were able to enjoy quality time on our own as well. We will definitely be back for Siti soon with our little one and would most certainly recommend her to our family and friends!

We have just returned from our 5 day Bali trip at Nusa Dua with the wonderful Nanny Komang (KoKo). This is our third time engaging the services of KoKo and our boys just love her. KoKo is fun, super positive and very patient – and the kids are already looking forward to seeing her the next time we are back! 🥰

Thanks so much for the most magical nanny Minar – we had Minar for 3 days out of our 2 weeks in Bali and would highly recommend her on every level. It was so lovely to switch off with someone you can trust wholeheartedly. She had the incredible ability to understand our 2 year old (his toddler banter) and all of his needs. She was very knowledgeable and respectful of our wishes. Our darling little boy was in very safe hands and was very comfortable with her from the minute they met. Thanks Minar

Thank you very much to Wayan for helping us during our stay last month.

We used her for 3 days and I was naturally a little nervous to leave our 2 year old however Wayan was incredible. She was kind, softly spoken and super patient with our daughter and even turned up with a goodie bag of toys to play with. By the third visit – our daughter wasn’t phased at all that we had left her. Wayan accompanied us to the waterbomb park so we could have some mum & dad time and also happily put our daughter to bed on two occasions.

She was such an asset to our trip.

We had the pleasure of using Ani for our recent stay in Bali. We’d used her twice before and just absolutely love her. She’s a fantastic person and has so much love and care for the children.

Ani came with mountains of activities to do with our 5yo who loved every minute of her time with her. Our 5yo doesn’t normally go to anyone without some tears but with Ani, we didn’t see any at all. She was more than happy to stay with Ani whilst we went out and did adult things.

We will be sure to recommend Ani and Bali’s Best Babysitting to friends and family. The whole process from booking to holidaying was a breeze.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by our Amie during our recent trip to Bali

She effortlessly built a warm and nurturing relationship with our 1 and 3-year-old, instantly putting them at ease. Our children were immediately drawn to her infectious energy and genuine kindness. It was such a relief to witness our kids bonding with her so quickly, allowing us to enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time. Even nap times were no problem, putting the stubborn 1 year old down with ease.

Communication was also a breeze thanks to her excellent English skills. Her ability to understand our needs and respond accordingly was truly impressive, fostering a seamless collaboration between us.

Lastly, her flexibility and reliability were truly invaluable. She was always punctual and remained flexible with our ever-changing schedule.

I would like to give a five star review for our nanny Ketut Sari who cared for our girls over the last 9 days. She always arrived on time, was very flexible with start and finish times, and was very easy to communicate with. Our 3 and 1.5 year old adored her! (Especially the 1.5 year old who formed such a special bond with Ketut over the time). Some of the girls favourite activities that Ketut did with them were art and crafts, jewellery making, and balloon animals! The girls were always laughing around her, and looked forward to seeing her each day. I trusted Ketut the day I met her, and felt so at ease leaving her to care for our two girls. She truly helped make our holiday wonderful!
